Office Receptionist – City of Carrizo Springs
The City of Carrizo Springs is seeking a dependable and customer service-oriented Office Receptionist to provide clerical and administrative support under the supervision of the city manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist the public
Handle incoming/outgoing mail and general correspondence
Maintain records, schedules, and appointments for civic center/parks/ pool
Process payments, issue receipts, and assist with basic reports
Provide clerical support to City Manager as needed
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
Minimum of two (2) years of clerical, receptionist, or related experience
Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills
Ability to interact professionally with the public
Additional Information:
Must maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Performs other duties as assigned.
