Description

The Finance Department maintains monthly financial reports for the City Manager, City Council and City departments. They provide a variety of services to the city operation including accounts payable and receivables, payroll (1099s and W-2s), monthly bank reconciliations and investment reports, management of debt service and fixed assets and preparation of the annual budget, audit and certified annual financial report.

Yearly Audit

As part of the process of maintaining the transparency, the City of Carrizo Springs has hired Garza/Gonzalez & Associates to perform our yearly Financial Audit, this Audit was presented to the City Council on April 7, 2026.
